General provisions

The administrator of your personal data obtained on the website https://winwinbalance.com („Service”) and in the WinWinBalance mobile application („Application”) is BRAD Consulting Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-052), at ul. Świętokrzyska 18/315, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000344356, NIP 7010213014, REGON 142160831.

Processing of personal data

We process your personal data obtained in the Service, mainly through the appropriate forms available in the Service and to the extent resulting from them, in order to:

  • fulfill your request for contact or to present our offer to you, based on your consent (basis from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR);
  • marketing purposes, in particular to send newsletters, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest. We, of course, send such information based on your consent to electronic communication (basis from 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR);
  • for the purpose and to the extent necessary to possibly establish, assert or defend our claims related to the use of the Service, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (basis from 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

In the case of your subscription to receive information materials from us, including the newsletter, we will process your data: (i) in order to send you commercial information electronically in the form of an email message, including the newsletter, to the indicated email address, which is the realization of our legally justified interest in this respect (basis from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), (ii) for archival (evidentiary) purposes being the implementation of our legally justified interest in securing information in case of a legal need to demonstrate facts (basis from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), (iii) research on your satisfaction, based on a legitimate interest (basis from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to fulfill your request for contact or receipt of information materials. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, but its withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing carried out while we had it.

You have the right to:

  • -request access to your personal data from the Administrator, correct them,
  • -delete or restrict the processing of personal data,
  • -object to such processing,
  • -data portability,
  • -lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,
  • -withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

We will process the data obtained to fulfill your contact request until you withdraw your consent to their processing. In the case of processing your data for marketing purposes, we will process them as long as you do not object to such processing. Data necessary to possibly establish, assert or defend our claims related to the use of the Service, including in connection with registration in the Service, we store until these claims become time-barred.

WinWinBalance mobile application privacy policy

We present a privacy policy for users of the WinWinBalance mobile application. When we say „users” below, we mean people who have installed the mobile application on a mobile device, including our clients or persons authorized by our clients. On the mobile device, an anonymous identifier of the mobile application is stored (created at the moment of registering the mobile application on the WinWinBalance side until the moment of deleting the mobile application from the mobile device. The anonymous identifier of the mobile application and information provided by the operating systems of the mobile device (brand, model, hardware identifier of the mobile device) are sent to the WinWinBalance System at the moment of activating the device in the mobile application and for verifying the authenticity of the mobile application. The mobile application communicates with the server using encryption mechanisms. The mobile application may gain access to the following permissions on the mobile device, among others:

  • technical data of the device,
  • internal memory,
  • microphone,
  • location,
  • camera,
  • biometric login.

For the purposes, among others, of:

  • enabling verification of users’ identities
  • providing information security and data protection,
  • data entry,
  • attaching photos to comments,
  • converting speech to text,
  • matching to user needs certain functionality,
  • delivering notifications,
  • improving the WinWinBalance System.

All permissions (functions and information of the mobile device), which users give to the mobile application, are visible in the settings panel of their mobile device. In the settings panel, you can manage these settings. The permissions of the mobile application can be revoked by changing the settings on the mobile device or by uninstalling the mobile appliaction.

The mobile application collects personal data and information about user activity, which are used to provide licensing and consulting services based on a contract with the client, as well as to tailor content to user needs based on their consent. Personal data is information with which we can identify our user. Our mobile application also uses mobile identifiers and other information according to the settings of your device’s operating system, e.g. technical data or geographic coordinates. You can disable the use of identifiers, as well as other information in the device settings – detailed information can be found in the instructions below from manufacturers:

  • -Android

  • -Apple.

Cookie Information

The service uses cookies.

Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, that are stored on the Service User’s end device and are intended for use on the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.

The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s end device and accessing them is the Service operator.

Cookies are used for the following purposes: a) creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content; b) maintaining the Service User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service;

c) defining the user’s profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks, especially Google’s network.

The Service uses two basic types of cookies: „session” (session cookies) and „persistent” (persistent cookies). „Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). „Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

Web browsing software (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Service Users can change the settings in this regard. The web browser allows you to delete cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this can be found in the help or documentation of the web browser.

Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service’s websites.

Cookies placed in the Service User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service of Google (LLC 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 USA). Google uses certain cookies. Data about the use of the site (including IP address), collected through cookies, are transmitted and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We use this data to evaluate the use of the site, create traffic reports for site operators, and provide other services related to the site. We process the data obtained in this way to optimize marketing actions related to our online offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR. Google will never associate your IP address with other Google data.

We also inform that our site uses the „anonymizeIp ()” service available in Google Analytics, which means that IP addresses are anonymized before being sent to servers located in the United States. Therefore, a direct connection of the processed data and the user is excluded. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to servers located in the United States and only there it will be anonymized.
